- Resilien shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your payment information, provided that we have taken reasonable steps to secure our payment systems.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently deliver to Hong Kong addresses only for individual (B2C) orders.
- We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Resilien shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of defective or incorrect items received.

6. Sizing & Customer Responsibility
