At Resilien, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We want to be transparent with you about our return and refund policy, and we hope the following explanation helps you understand our position.

Why We Are Unable to Accept Returns

• Compression leggings are intimate apparel that are worn directly against the skin. For the health and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to resell any item that has been tried on or worn.
• Additionally, compression fabric is designed to fit snugly and will naturally conform to the body after wear. Once worn, the fabric may stretch slightly and the shape may differ from a brand new piece — meaning it would no longer meet the quality standard we hold for every customer.
• We believe every customer deserves a fresh, hygienic product in perfect condition. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• We kindly ask all customers to review their sizing carefully before completing their purchase — our sizing guide below is here to help!

Sizing Guidance — Please Read Before Purchasing

• We strongly recommend referring to our Size Chart, which provides size recommendations based on height.
  
• Please note that people of the same height can have very different leg and thigh measurements. As a result:
  • Those with wider or fuller thighs may find the leggings feel firmer and more snug.
  • Those with slimmer thighs may find the fit easier and more relaxed.
• If your thighs are on the wider side for your height, please order one size up. It is always better to have a little extra room than to find the fit too tight.
